    "The area is close to Hollywood, Downtown or the Beaches. Public schools are generally good. Private schools are local too. Wouldnā€™t consider this neighborhood today because of the over abundance of apartments. Not sure what else to say. Other than itā€™s a decent neighborhood besides those things Iā€™ve mentioned. Riverside and Milliken are great schools."
