The kitchen is equipped with an oven range, refrigerator, microwave, along with most smaller kitchen appliances, cookware, utensils, and table settings. A 4-person dining table and chairs complete the kitchen/dining area.

The living room includes leather couch, flat-screen TV, and a computer hitch. Double French doors and skylight add natural lighting throughout the home, while ceiling fans and AC/heating units provide cool ventilation and warmth throughout the year as needed.

Utilities (water, gas, electricity, trash), internet and gardener service cost is billed to the owner and is allocated to guest house tenant at $300 per month.

    "This area typically has 2 or 3 well-maintained homes punctuated by other properties that sport long-established junk heaps and rodents. Loud Harleys and ear-piercing internal combustion engines of all sorts can be heard throughout the day, as well as the cries of neglected/abused dogs and other animals (it's rural). We are one of a handful of households who actually USE the curbside recycling service; the rest figure it's "all trash", I suppose. Not a great neighborhood, but some very nice normal people sprinkled throughout the other crap."
