Cleaning deposit is $400 and key deposit is $150, pet deposit is $250, all refundable as well as security deposit (this is not the same as last months rent). Small dogs up to 20 lbs are considered and no aggressive breeds. Lease is for 1 year with option to renew. Tenant is responsible for basic maintenance up to $100 (running toilets, clogged drains for example) and landscaping. No subletting the place. Everyone 18 and older has to be on lease, no exceptions. Renter's insurance is required.
