It's an easy walk to neighborhood restaurants, shops, and such famous bars as the Blind Lemon and the Mt. Adams Bar and Grill.

There is ample street parking (usually right in front of the house), and there is also a free parking lot at the end of the street, three doors away.

Any canines other than domestic dogs (wolves, coyotes, dingoes, jackals, etc.) and any hybrids of them are not permitted.
Cats: All breeds of domestic cats are permitted.
