Adams has to offer, but Ida Street also maintains uninterrupted quietness and provides a tranquil retreat from the vibrancy swirling around the main strip at the top of the hill. It's an easy walk to neighborhood restaurants, shops, and such famous bars as the Blind Lemon and the Mt. Adams Bar and Grill.

There is ample street parking (usually right in front of the house), and there is also a free parking lot at the end of the street, three doors away.

In this home-oasis, the sun rises in the front living room, letting in the most beautiful morning light, and then the sun sets in the kitchen, dining room, master bedroom, and on both decks. Any canines other than domestic dogs (wolves, coyotes, dingoes, jackals, etc.) and any hybrids of them are not permitted.
Cats: All breeds of domestic cats are permitted.
