This neighborhood is an artistic hub for the city - boasting both the Art Museum and the Playhouse (both embarking on major updates), as well as one of the city’s finest parks and the Krohn Conservatory. Charming streets, amazing views and one of the lowest crime rates in the city make Mt. Adams a truly special place to live. Not least of all is the convenience for work and play: downtown, The Banks and OTR are a 20 minute walk or a 3 minute drive."

    "There are always events happening at the top of Mt Adams. My street has a coordinator and people are always getting together. There is a great art and music scene here as well."

    "i enjoy dogs, no complaints. just pick up poop, make sure they are leashed or contained to yard. my dog barks alot but is also always in our home. so noise wont be a neighborhood issue "
