Tall ceilings and plenty of closet space throughout. Private fenced backyard and screened porch. Pets considered on a case-by-case basis; additional pet deposit may apply. Tenant responsible for utilities, garbage service, and lawn maintenance. Laundry hook-ups available; washer and dryer not included. Pictures are from November 2023 and will be updated when the current tenant vacates at the end of October.

Credit and background check required; $45 application fee per adult occupant covers cost of background screening. Security deposit of one month's rent due at time of lease signing in addition to rental payment. No smoking permitted on the property. A brief pre-screening questionnaire is required before scheduling a showing. Applications will be accepted only after the pre-screening process is completed and the property has been viewed. Animals are picked up after and are on leashes. This has been a great neighborhood so far. I have only lived here a short while but I like it so far. Everyone has made me feel very welcome here. "
