7. Prohibited Use

The Lessee shall not:
Store hazardous, illegal, or flammable materials.
Conduct business operations without prior written consent.
Sublease or assign the garage to any other party.

8. Maintenance and Condition

The Lessee shall maintain the Premises in a clean and orderly condition and shall notify the Lessor promptly of any damage or required repairs.

9. Access to Premises

The Lessee may access the Premises between [hours, e.g., 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM], unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The Lessor retains the right to inspect the Premises with 24-hour notice, except in emergencies.
