*Great neighborhood that is walking distance to H street bars and restaurants, Ivy City with a Target, breweries and wineries, Union Market, and so much more! Be close enough to the action, but far enough away that its quiet enough that you can still sleep at night, you get a little bit more space, and your rent is still affordable.
*The cross streets are Montello Ave NE and Simms Pl NE.
*Application process and paying rent is all done electronically, Zelle and Docusign.
