Shared spaces with homeowner and used regularly by the homeowner: spacious workout area and laundry room in the basement. Kitchen and dining/living area upstairs on the main floor. Also shared are the backyard and patio.

The homeowner is a young professional who lives primarily on the upper level of the home.

The home is minimalist, quiet, and well-maintained. There are no televisions and no central air conditioning; however, the basement stays naturally cooler and remains comfortable throughout the summer months. Parking is available on the street or driveway. Approximately 10 miles from Downtown Denver. Approximately 14 miles from Denver International Airport.

A large, friendly male dog lives in the home, so applicants must be dog-friendly. No additional pets can be accommodated.

House Expectations

This home is best suited for someone who naturally prefers and maintains a clean and organized environment rather than someone who is willing to try to become cleaner. Working professionals, graduate students or whoever looking for a comfortable, clean, and respectful shared living environment.

Cleanliness is extremely important and is not negotiable.
No smoking of any kind.
Shared spaces should be kept tidy and cleaned up immediately after use.
Dishes, food preparation areas, and common areas should be maintained in a
consistently clean condition.
Please be mindful and respectful in all communal spaces.
Outside shoes are not worn inside the home. Shoes should be removed upon
entering.

Month-to-month and longer-term leases (up to 12 months) are welcome. Preference is given to applicants seeking a stay of, at least, 6 months. A minimum 30-day written notice is required before move-out. If less than 30 days' notice is provided, a prorated amount corresponding to the insufficient notice period may be deducted from the security deposit.
