I have had no issues with any form of management since living here and always find my help request solved in a quick manner. They are also very good about giving a heads up before they enter, whether that be for pest control or just doing a quick inspection. outside of the feel of the place all of the amenities of the apartment are great no complaints at all. I also enjoy the pool and believe it is always in a clean and useable state for the summer!"

Apart from the physical apartement unit the location cannot be beat. My heat went out during snow storm and I called the mentainance, tghey fixed it in few hours even on the weekend, I was thinking they gonna take few days. The pool is really nice to have a relaxed evening in the pool on weekends. It was so easy to work with getting leased and renewing it again. "

A big plus! I've only had a minor problem with heat and A. C. that was taken care of quickly. The staff & maintenance has been nice in handling any problems that a person may have. The laundry room is nice. A nice pool is on site too. They're remodeling the decks & I think, patio doors. I recommend Rosewood Village to anyone needing a place to live in this area! "
