New Safeway w/ Starbucks only 2 blocks away. Trader Joe's and Yes! Organic Market all within 4-5 blocks. Two Whole Foods stores--Navy Yard & H St.

Large living/dining area (21' x 17') ,carpeted floor with two floor-to-ceiling windows, nice-sized coat closet. The pass-through to the kitchen accommodates three bar stools. Moving into the kitchen, you will find lots of counter space and cabinet storage on three sides with nice Terrazzo tile floors. New Stilestone countertops and freshly painted cabinets. Several of the lower cabinets have pull-out shelving to provide easy access pots, pans, etc. The pass-through permits you to hang and display about a dozen wine glasses from the upper cabinets. As you walk through the kitchen, on the right you'll find the bathroom and then the washer/dryer and a small utility closet. To the left and across from the w/d you'll find a clothes closet. Lastly, you'll step into the large bedroom (15' x 17') sufficient size for a queen/king bed, a couple nightstands, 2-3 dressers and/or a desk. Recessed ceiling lights throughout.
