In Eureka, take 14th Street, turn West onto "K" St. Two blocks down on the right is a huge lot with 3 completely separate homes on it. 1229 K St. sits to the rear, tucked away by itself and cannot be seen from the street. Access to the home is down a long private drive between "K" St. and "L" St. We ask that you only view the property from the street.
Please do not stop or go down the long driveway.
Please do not disturb the current tenants or trespass.
If you have driven by the house, or checked out the area online and are interested in seeing the place, then please email us for an application.

We are a "handshake" (now elbow bump) kind of business. With the pandemic, it's necessary to be prequalified before scheduling a showing. If you are prequalified, then we will meet you in person (or perhaps virtually) and have you approve of the place.

To qualify to rent from us, there are three factors we take in to consideration:

1) Rental History (including personal recommendations-you may know one of our tenants)
2) Income verification
3) Credit

If you feel any of these three factors are not strong enough then we recommend a co-signer. If you do eventually apply with a co-signer then the co-signer will need to submit their credit report.

We are seeking a long term tenant who will move in, pay rent on time, take care of their living space and treat it as their own. In return, we offer excellent, prompt service and perks for continued tenancy. We are proud of our reputation and will be happy to provide OUR references to you, with names and contact information of current and/or previous tenants that have rented a home from us.

Thanks for your interest.

Owner pays garbage and yard service.
