Very quiet property located between Eureka and Arcata. Only a few miles to coffee shops, grocery stores, and restaurants, hospitals, etc....... The main house is occupied by the owner, who is out of town about 50% of the time. Gas is 1/4 mile away.

Redwood trees, berry vines, and fruit trees are right out your back door. Blue Blossom Farms and Chosen farms is right next door( and across street) with fresh milk, yogurt, vegetables, variety of eggs, and fruit. etc.
2 Apple Trees next to front porch and 5 more apples tree on property, along with plum trees.
Security cameras on various buildings on the property, as well as an alarm system.

Brand new windows just installed. Not shown in photos.

Lease terms negotiable- depending on occupancy, length of lease, pets, etc.

Owner pays all utilities (except propane) including water, sewer, electric, garbage, Wi Fi, yard care paid by owner.

Pets OK. The entire 7 acres is completely fenced in. No smoking or Vaping in the cottage.
Parking is available right outside of the cottage.
