Description

Very cute, recently remodeled home for rent. The home sits on the back of the lot with a very large fenced in yard. Large attached storage room/den with separate access.

New appliances, new fence, paint, flooring etc. Washer and dryer included.

Will allow one small/medium dog and/or one cat. This will include a non-refundable pet deposit of $500 and an additional $50 a month in rent for a dog, and $300 non-refundable deposit and an additional $25 a month for a cat.

Tenants will pay all utilities except for trash and recycling.

No smoking inside the house or drugs on the property. No partying. Minimum 1 year lease.

If the tenant breaks the lease they are still responsible for the rent (and all lease agreements) until they find a replacement tenant (with landlord approval) and security deposit is non-refundable.
