We have a fully furnished private room for rent in a charming 1951 "Cape Cod" house walking distance from Henderson Center in Eureka. 6 min & 1.7 miles from St. Joes Hospital. The rental includes utilities and basic household amenities such as a Rocu TV, streaming service, Wi-Fi, electricity, water, trash, toiletries & cleaning supplies.
The sunny room has a single bed(adjustable) with multiple sets of sheets, 2 brand new pillows, and choice of blankets. Black out curtains on the two windows, tall shelf, large dresser, 4 plastic stackable drawers, 2 small tables, shelf space in the closet & hangers provided. Towels and linens provided. No smoking, no couples, and no additional pets. We have two cats. Shared spaces include a full bathroom, kitchen, living areas, and garage laundry. Some meals provided, Keurig and Kona coffee pods available. Street parking.
The ideal renter is a clean, respectful, and responsible individual who values a calm living environment.
We primarily rent to individuals seeking temporary housing (1 to 4 months or more) specifically traveling nurses and other professionals. Other responsible renters are considered.
$750 security deposit and must complete simple application.
