Takes 15 minutes to Peterson Base and 25 minutes to AF Academy, 28 minutes to Fort Carson. Schools, shopping centers, restaurants, and gas all within 1.3 miles.

This is a12 month lease to start. Renter is responsible for all Utilities. No smoking in the home, up to three
 pets allowed depending on type and size. The home must be kept heated during cold months to prevent pipe damage even if on vacation or away from home. Renter will be responsible for full repair if they don't comply. Renter is responsible for a $200 maintenance fee up front if something breaks. If renters are at fault they are responsible for full repair, if not, then the landlord is responsible for full repair and will reimburse renter $200.
