All utilities included, Roku TV, Wi-Fi and access to two neighborhood clubhouses with exercise equipment and indoor/outdoor pools.

Non-smoker. Must love dogs! Employed person who will take care of their area.

Month-to-month with 30-day notice before leaving. Rent is due, in-full on the first of the month, and if not received tenant will have 7-days to resolve or eviction will follow. No smoking and tenant is responsible for maintaining a clean bathroom and shared kitchen and laundry area. Prefer rent to a man. Month to month lease. Share bathroom with one other person. Have use of kitchen and laundry room. Have two clubhouses with indoor/outdoor pools, exercise equipment. All utilities paid through rent. Have RoKu TV, internet, Wi-fi.
