Beautiful hardwood floors and tile on main level make this open concept home wonderful! New carpet in master bedroom along with stairs to second floor and loft on second floor. Upstairs rooms have crown molding, recently painted and Luxury Vinyl flooring. The large living room downstairs, complete with a gorgeous wet bar (including a tap!) is a great place to gather. The entire house and yard are extremely well maintained. Home also has whole home humidification to battle the dry Colorado weather. Sitting on the newly stained deck in the fully privacy fenced in backyard will be a joy. Backyard has several raised beds for gardening. Both the back and the front porch have outdoor fans to keep you cool should you not want to use the central air. The storage on this property is amazing! 3 car garage, custom built shelves in a large unfinished portion of the basement and a shed with loft in the backyard.

Renter is responsible for all utility bills, owner will pay HOA fee. Any fines from the HOA due to actions from the renter will be the responsibility of the renter. Renter must water and maintain yard. A lawnmower is there as a convenience, however the owner is not responsible to replace or fix it should it break. Standard Pet deposit fee of $300, no more than 2 dogs allowed. No smoking inside the home allowed. Lease is a minimum of a year and 1st month's rent along with security deposit is due at beginning of 1st month's rent. All subsequent rent is due no later than 10 pm on the 1st of each month.
