All Paramount Property Management residents are enrolled in the ENERGY & PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE PROGRAM (EPMP) for an additional $20/month which includes: HVAC filters installed in your home every two months. This service reduces energy costs through more efficient HVAC performance, prevents costly HVAC repairs, and removes dust, pollen and contaminants for cleaner and healthier air in the property. Air Filters To You will schedule service/install every two months. Tenant consents to coordinate with and allow access to Air Filters To You to change filters no less than once every two months. If Tenant chooses delivery only, they shall properly install the filter(s) that are provided within two (2) days of receipt. Tenant's failure to replace the air filters as defined in the Energy and Preventative Maintenance Program is a material breach of this agreement and the Landlord shall be entitled to exercise all rights and remedies it has against the Tenant and the Tenant shall be liable to Landlord for all damages to the property and HVAC system caused by the Tenant's neglect or abuse.
