Completely remodeled Duplex in Temple's Historic District. Walking distance from downtown and 4 parks. You can ride your bike from the house, 10 minute drive to the Industrial Park, Baylor Scott and White, or the Veterans Hospital.
We updated the following in March 2023: electrical wiring, insulation, sheet rock, painting, flooring, kitchen cabinets, refrigerator, stove, microwave, blinds, door knobs, and plumbing including toilet, bathtub, vanity, sinks.

To keep the property nice, I have a few rules: no smoking, no pets, no storage outside of the storage unit, and no more than 2 cars.
