Quiet neighborhood, no through traffic, private off street parking, gas heater and new gas hot water heater, refrigerator and gas stove, newly painted walls, laundry room and enclosed back porch. House built in 1970.

New roof, refurbished floors, new ceilings. New window blinds.

Close to hospital, banking, walking distance to Hwy 27, car wash, and laundromat.

City utilities, garbage pickup. Last tenant said utilities were exceptionally low.

Back yard needs help if you plan to use it for personal recreation - as multiple small trees are scattered about the area. Garage behind house is unusable and off limits due to weather damage.

Lease is One Year (or less if agreement set before move in).

Utilities (Gas, electric, water, garbage pickup) are renter's responsibility.

Lost Key $20 replacement and fee to come out to open locked door - $10
Rent is due 1st of month and initial renting after the 10th. will be prorated to 1st of the NEXT MONTH and held as rent deposit thereafter.

60 Day required notice to break year lease and 30 day notice to recover rent deposit (if rent deposit was taken).

Damage (and cleaning) deposit less any cost of damages will be given after inspection. Damage deposit can not be used as rent.

First month and last month required if lease is less than one year.
