Ample seating is available at the large dining table, countertop, or high-top table. A full-size washer and dryer are also provided. The first floor hosts a bedroom with a queen bed, smart TV, and closet, along with a full bathroom featuring a modern tub/shower combo. Upstairs, a second living space includes a workstation and a cozy couch with a chaise lounger. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed and a private balcony overlooking the front yard, plus a smart TV. An attached Jack and Jill bathroom with a beautiful white shower and vanity connects to the final bedroom, which has a queen bed, closet, dresser, and smart TV.
Off-street parking for 2 vehicles is available. Guests can bring their bikes or rent them to explore the tree-lined streets. Complimentary coffee is provided for the first morning.
Situated in the historic Fullerwood neighborhood, this home is a short drive or bike ride to historic downtown St. Augustine and Vilano Beach. Coffee shops and restaurants, including DOS Coffee and Drake's Deli, are within walking distance. The city center, with its abundance of restaurants, bars, and boutique shopping, is just a 5-minute drive away. Quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 8 AM. This is a non-smoking property, and any evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee. No pets are allowed on the property at any time. Events are not permitted, including bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gatherings. Guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. A security camera is installed at the front door. Guests are not permitted to move furniture, appliances, or decor. Illegal drugs, including marijuana, are strictly prohibited. Underage drinking is not allowed.
