This triple mint, fully renovated, classic Tribeca loft combines old world charm with timeless sophistication. Enter this 2 bedroom loft plus home office/den with 2.5 bathrooms, via a key-locked elevator which immediately greets you in the expansive great room saturated in southern light from 3 restored, massive original weight & chain windows. The open floor plan is accentuated by over 11 ceilings with hand hewn original beams above, and below by 7†wide plank white oak Madera floors throughout.
In the heart of the home is the kitchen, designed to instill a Zen-like quality with custom sleek oak cabinetry. Here, the focal point is the elegant Lacanche vented range which yields both a gas and electric oven, for bakers and chefs alike. Super White Quartzite countertops are known for elegance and durability, making this stone one of the best options for any well-thought home. The massive island was craned in so as not a seam is present and bestows a deep, carved out, farmhouse sink. All surfaces have the added detail of being leathered in texture. Rounding out the appliance package is a Sub-Zero refrigerator, Miele dishwasher, custom Allied Maker lights and a full house water filtration system. But the piece de resistance is the hidden door revealing a full-sized laundry room and pantry with the coveted vented dryer.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a generous room designed for optionality and lends itself to an intimate den or media room but can easily be extra sleep space for guests or an additional office/study area. This functional room provides a full height sliding wall that seamlessly creates privacy when needed or can be effortlessly rolled open, to any degree, for additional family space; whatever suits your needs and lifestyle best.
The two en-suite bedrooms are perfectly positioned in the back of the loft ensuring privacy and quietude. The primary bedroom provides an enormous, fully outfitted walk-in closet that leads to the spa bathroom with a magnificent, laser etched marble accent wall in the double sized custom shower, which beckons a moment of escape and peace in any busy urban life. In the secondary bedroom there is room enough for an added desk or play area. You will find custom Watermark fixtures in unlacquered brass throughout the home, a central AC system, electric blinds and Lutron lighting throughout. There is no detail left out.
Harrison Street is a quiet 2 block cobblestone street in the heart of Tribeca. Step outside your door to world class events, from the annual Tribeca Film Festival to the Taste of Tribeca, where restaurateurs bring the community together over the finest foods and libations. Experience iconic restaurants such as Odeon, Locanda Verde, Frenchette, Marc Forgione and Tamarind to name but a few. All while being surrounded by green space such as the Hudson River Park with Pier 25/26, Duane Park and Washington Market Park, and enjoy the fruits of a year-round Farmers Market every Wednesday and Saturday. And wait, its all easy to access by 11 convenient subway lines.
12 Harrison Street provides a bike room, a common roof deck and an enormous dedicated private storage room for all residents. All with incredibly low monthlies!
This location is tailored for the quiet luxury lifestyle that Tribeca exemplifies.

"Dogs are welcomed everywhere there’s even a dog park not too far away. There’s also a few stores you can bring them in with you. Only bad thing is some people don’t pick up after their dogs and that’s gross. Oh and the dogs that meet on the street are usually pretty friendly with each other as well."

"Having lived elsewhere in Manhattan, I've fallen in love with Tribeca. It has everything I need, a great Whole foods to relieve me of my pay check and from what I have been told, an excellent elementary school. My condo is walking distance to work (FIDI) and is convenient to public transit. I live about 5 minutes from the esplanade along the Hudson...I just cross over at Murray and can go walk, sit in the park, or if I ever get up the nerve, play some basketball in all that green space and parks. Lots of restaurants, including 3 decent Irish pubs, also on Murray. It may not appeal to the younger, single folks but we do seem to have lots of young families in the area. NYC is a city of neighborhoods. Tribeca is a great one."

"I live here and work nearby. Agree with other reviewers that it is up and coming but not quite there. Its too quiet at night and the restaurant options, though fantastic are too slim! that being said, i love my building and how clean and safe the streets are. The opening of the Smyth Hotel and the W is encouraging."
