Neighborhood:
Post Fall Bungalow is located in the downtown area close to Q'emlin Park. Bring your boat and spend the day on the water! Bike over and hit the trails as hiking and biking are close by. You'll be in a great area and also close to a variety of restaurants, stores, and several places of interest. Besides, it offers great outdoor activities, like fishing, taking a swim, climbing up the nearby mountains, and simply enjoying all that nature offers.

Animal deposit of $350 is required.
April-October Lawn Care is $200.
Rent includes w/s/g, gas/electric up to $350.
- No smoking is allowed on the premises. If smoking does occur on the premises, Guest may be evicted and is financially responsible for all damage caused by the smoking including, but not limited to, stains, burns and the cost of odor remediation and removal and replacement of damaged property.
- Due to neighborhood restrictions, parties and/or events are not allowed in this home. Disregarding this rule will result in immediate eviction and the loss of your security deposit.
- As a courtesy to your neighbors, please minimize loud conversation, music, and general noise, especially after 10:00 pm until 7:00 am.
A contract must be signed prior to door codes are provided.
