"There are dog poop stations within the city boundaries. Some neighbors probably don’t like dogs that poop in their yards. "

"I can usually avoid hwy 98 by cutting through the neighborhood back roads. It may take a little longer but it’s worth it to avoid the traffic. "

"Gulf Breeze schools are some of the best in the state of Florida. Gulf Breeze, for the most part, is a very affluent area and has an extremely low crime rate. The beaches in this area are some of the most beautiful in the state, in my opinion. The only drawbacks to living here are the threat of hurricanes (this is a very hurricane-prone area) and the high insurance rates that result. Also, Pensacola Beach has become quite the tourist trap and beach traffic is heavy in the Spring & Summer. "

"We get spoiled living in paradise. Sometimes we complain about our “commutes” but I’ve never had to drive more than 30 minutes to go to work. Traffic on the main thoroughfares can seem busy but relative to any modern major city, the highways here are quaint. "

"The kids in the neighborhood are a 50/50 split teens 13-19 and 3-12 yr olds. I have never seen a baby person in here. 👶 All the kids here are polite and friendly and from a single parent home. On the weekends and during a school holiday most if not all the 10 year and younger are outside playing, riding bikes and are fun to watch as all appears happy. These young one are not sitting inside working an Xbox or Playstation. Amen "
