Fully furnished house, includes washer/dryer and wifi. Utilities are divided by the tenants living in the house.
20minute walk or 10minute bike to UCR.

Looking for one serious UCR upperclassman to shared living space with 3 easy going UCR male upperclassmen students in an all furnished house.
One room Available to move in August 8, 2026
Require deposit of $800 to reserve and secure the room to be apply towards the security deposit refunded upon moving out.

House is in a quiet residential area. Tenant will have their private room and share bathroom. House is a 1500 sqft, 4 bedroom, 2 bath. (2 rooms are already reserved).
1 parking space available and lots of street parking.
Washer, dryer and wifi included. Note utitilites are not included and are divided by tenants.

House is all furnished with IKEA furniture, bedrooms include: a full size bed frame, desk and office chair, a 45" TV in living room, and kitchen is fully furnished, a full size mattress is provided for a onetime fee of $50.
Also includes Housekeeper that comes once a month to upkeep the house.
