A wonderful opportunity to live by a beautiful beach, sunrise beach walks, turquoise of warm ocean, uncrowded and safe town.

Availability from September 12th to December 17th, and from April 2027. $3,200 is for off peak, 3-month. Peak season with a higher rate starts from November 15th.

This is a walking distance (0.7 miles) to Jupiter Beach, Juno Beach Pier, parks, Publix grocery, pharmacy, shops, bakery, restaurants, etc. Opposite direction is intracoastal. A nearby car rental has staff pickup and drop off as needed. PBI airport is a 25-minute ride.

A beautiful updated and furnished townhouse in a best location of the Lake at the Bluffs. A desirable community with heated pools, tennis courts, racquetball courts, play ground, and manicured grounds with palm trees.

Fully furnished and fully equipped kitchen with quality linens, towels, etc. Newer kitchen with upgraded solid wood cabinets, granite counters, and better appliances. Living room included a Queen sleeper sofa with foam mattress, a 55" TV, a CD player, and a desk. Master bedroom has a king size bed, a 55" TV, a newer in-suite bathroom with dual showers and designed tiles, and a walk-in closet with organizer. Second bedroom has 2 twin XL size beds that can become a king size, and a spacious en-suite bathroom with a vertical cabinet. All mattresses are fairly new, quality, and very comfortable medium-firm. Both bedrooms have views of trees and/or lake (no other units nor parking), ample spaces of custom closets, and glass doors. All four slider doors have plantation and accordion shutters. Wood is on the first floor, carpet is on the second floor, and tile floors are in bathrooms. A half bathroom, with washer, dryer, and cabinets, is on the main floor. A dining set furniture with umbrella and a Weber grill are in a private spacious patio with sea breeze. A wooden shed at patio corner has two bikes for a joy ride to beaches and town!

Jupiter has beautiful parks, lighthouse, intra coastal, Blowing Rocks Preserve, Busch wildlife sanctuary, Loggerhead Marinelife Centre, well known PGA golf courses, historical sites, other marvels, and alfresco restaurants with fresh local food.

Good credits, no smoking. A small pet would be considered case by case with a pet fee.

    "Neighbors with dogs always p/u after they do their business. The HOA has several doggie bag dispensers available! I have lived here 30 years the neighborhood is safe, police patrolled and neighbor’s are friendly! The HOA keeps the neighborhood clean and work with the homeowners AND are available at all times, the mgr keeps us informed by. Email and emergency number’s are available 24 hours and calls are returned in a timely fashion! "
