About this House

This is a Private Property with 8 units. We have two Identical Mobile Homes to choose from for rent, that have been Newly Renovated with new LVP waterproof flooring, New Ceiling fans, New Cabinets, Sinks & Faucets, New Countertops, New Dishwasher, New Blinds, fresh paint and trim. There is a Electric Stove, Refridgerator , Washer & Dryer Hook up, Centeral Heat and AC. We have a keypad Security gate for secure entry, and a CBU Cluster mailbox for secure mail delivery. We welcome small families.

We offer a 12 month Lease Term, with renewals offered with 30 Days advanced notice. Tenants are only allowed two parking spaces, no boats, rvs, trailers ect.. tenants are responsible for there own electricity and Internet / cable tv, no Dish or Satellite Antenas on the roof. We provide a shared dumpster for each tenant to use, we provide a monthly Lawn Service once a month , but you are required to maintain your sidewalk and driveway. We do not allow smoking inside the unit. We do not allow pets. You are responsible for maintaining a quiet, peaceful shared living environment with all tenants.
