Situated above Elderberry Park and adjacent to the entrance of the Coastal Trail for walking, running biking, and winter skiing.

This rental has two bedrooms and one bathroom. Kitchen with butcher block countertop, pantry, and newer appliances. Living room with New Carpet, New Paint, New Blinds, Fireplace, and charming wood built ins.

A shared full-size washer and dryer is in the common area between the upper and lower living spaces.

You will get use of the single-car garage that goes with the upper space.

$1900 a month plus electric (reasonable gas, water, and refuse included in the rent). Application and credit check are required, there is a $35 credit check fee per adult. A small dog is allowed with an additional pet deposit.

We anticipate having a long-term tenant. We will sign a month to month rental agreement.
