The property offers a 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath main home plus a separate private studio casita with its own bathroom, creating an unusually versatile living arrangement with space for guests, a home office, creative pursuits, or added privacy.

The main home blends classic Coronado character with comfortable everyday living. Multi-pane windows, exposed wood beams, and warm wood-look flooring give the home a distinctive sense of history and personality, while the kitchen features stainless steel appliances and practical finishes.

Step outside and enjoy approximately 200 square feet of covered patio space overlooking a private backyard with two raised planter beds and a built-in brick fire pit. It's an inviting setting for morning coffee, gardening, outdoor dining, entertaining, or relaxing around the fire on a cool desert evening.

Functionality is another standout feature. The property offers generous storage throughout, secure attached storage, an RV gate, and dedicated RV parkinga rare combination for a home in such a desirable central Phoenix neighborhood.

A Private Studio Casita

  • Joan
"I lived in this house for 4 years and it was a dream. Loved everything about it. It’s a safe neighborhood with great people. The walls are so thick so it’s very quiet. I worried when I moved in that there would be homeless or people walking down the streets (I can from LA) and it never happened. I would sit on the front porch for hours with my dog and it was just the best. Whoever gets this home (and closet!!) will love it. "
  • James Harold Bowens Jr.
"Clear walk paths and not a lot of loose dogs. Plenty of open areas to allow your dog to get exercise. "
  • Unknown
"There are many dog owners in my neighborhood. It is a friendly place for dogs and their owners. There is a landscaped and lit canal walking trail. "
  • Ciara Ruiz
"Ok could be better. Not the greatest. A lot of homelessness. They sneak in to the apartment complex. "
