It's only available May 1, 2021 to August 1, 2021 (3 months short-term lease, at most).

The master suite is on the first floor and features a sliding door to the back yard for easy access to the hot tub. Another bedroom (which is set up as an office) is on the first floor and looks out to the front yard. The office includes a pull-out twin size sofabed.
Upstairs are two additional bedrooms with one of the rooms having bunk beds with a trundle bed and includes an art table, desk, and office chair.
The living room has a 65" TV, sectional with two motorized recliners, and a full-size pull-out bed, fireplace, and piano.

The garage is not available for parking or storage but allows access to the washer and dryer, and to the side-yard dog run.

Outside seating, with a propane BBQ grill, and wood-burning fire pit.

Utilities are $300/mo (water, sewer, trash, electricity, cable TV, internet, and landscaping).
Total rent is $3,500/mo all-inclusive of rent and listed utilities.
Pet policy, we are pet people and are open to any pets, upon approval. Pet deposit is $300 due at lease signing.
