"we have kids and there's a park very close and planty of good young teens for my boys to play with as well trusted as well. "
  • Kimberly
"Good way to just sit back and relax. I can hear occasional traffic from Cirby and Vernon (I live close to the entrance on Vernon). I do not hear dogs barking through the night. Occasionally there are rude neighbors who talk too loud but it doesn't not sustain. Very close to tons of shopping and restaurants. 10 minutes from the Galleria, 15 to Arden or 10 to Sunrise makes mall shopping very easy. Best for young married couples WITHOUT kids, retired people just looking to relax also good for single people. "
