Well maintained 2 bedroom apartment on 3rd floor with updated stainless appliances, ceramic tile and wood grain vinyl plank flooring. No dogs. Nonsmoking building. Near route 83 & I-55. We strive for a safe and friendly environment for your family. There are security cameras around the building and overlooking the parking lot. After you see and like the apartment we require a credit, criminal and eviction check which is $50. Per adult.

Apartment includes heat, gas for cooking stove, water, trash pickup 3 times a week, off street parking, security cameras.
Tenant pays for electric and internet.
