About this House

Well maintained 2 bedroom apartment on 2nd floor. With ceramic tile and wood grain vinyl plank flooring. No dogs. Nonsmoking apartment building. Near great schools and forest preserve with bicycle paths. Close to route 83 and I-55. We strive for a safe and enjoyable environment. There are security cameras in hallways and around the building and in the parking lot. After you see and like the apartment we require a credit, eviction and a criminal check which is $50. Each adult.
There are two apartment's available. One has stainless steel appliances. Both are occupied right now and can't be shown until they are cleaned and painted. Which will probably be on 9/3/26.

One year lease. Off street parking, heat, gas for your stove, water and trash pickup 3 times a week are included.
