Near great schools and forest preserve with bicycle paths. Close to route 83 and I-55. We strive for a safe and enjoyable environment there are security cameras in hallways and around the building and in the parking lot. After you see and like the apartment we require a credit, eviction and a criminal check which is $50. Each adult.

One year lease. Off street parking, heat, gas for your stove, water and trash pickup 3 times a week are included.
