Apartment building has security cameras in common areas, around outside of building and parking lot. Close to Interstate 55 and route 83. Applicants must go through a pre-screening on the phone. Then after you see and like the apartment there will be a credit, criminal and eviction check at your cost of $50. per adult.

Apartment includes heat and gas for stove, water, trash pickup 3 times a week.
Tenant pays for their own electric and internet. No dogs allowed and this is a nonsmoking building.
