Shared spaces include: kitchen, dining, living and backyard area.

LEASE TERM - Lease Length: minimum 12 months. Other Charges: The tenant will be responsible for half of all utilities including gas, electric, yard maintenance, garbage, water, and sewer. Pets: subject to approval with pet deposit, half of the first month's rent. Showings by appointment.

No smoking is allowed in the residence, or in the garage.

175$ for late fee if rent is not paid by 10 days past the first of the month.
