3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThey don't take bullying seriously. Rude office staff. Principal doesn't talk to parents. We had to point out the reverse discrimination happening to my son. No punishment for the bullyParent Review1y ago - Gegan Elementary School

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI have 2 children that go here and I have always had wonderful feedback from my children about their teachers and other staff. They truly care about the students, in and out of school, even those who aren't their daily teachers. And the teachers work hard to help the students to strive in school, as a student, friend, role model to other kids, and as our children. I couldn't ask for better teachers for my kids.Parent Review10y ago - Menasha High School

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMenasha School District has a serious problem with administration. The turn-over of superintendents is very high: We ve had four different ones in the last ten years, and the current one is already on his way out. It seems like they stay in Menasha just long enough to reach retirement or to get a little job experience before moving on to a better school district. The results of excessive administration turn-over are ruining the district: Important decisions are not being made, new programs are started but not finished, there is no follow-through on existing programs, there is a lack of commitment, they have little familiarity with the teachers and staff, and they have absolutely no engagement with the community. I don t recall of any of our current or past superintendents who actually bothered to move and live in Menasha. The current superintendent is frequently nowhere to be found: He lives north of Milwaukee, about a 1 hour and 45 minute drive south of Menasha, and he apparently likes to work from home. He s not a committed Hands-On type of administrator that is sorely needed in Menasha. We are in serious need of new administrators with strong hands-on leadership skills.Parent Review10y ago - Check out schools near 1088 Mayer St.

"the constant "booms" that no one knows where they're coming from. schools are pretty bad too. the downtown area is getting a facelift but there's a good amount of low income housing that needs to be maintained. overall, it's an okay place to live. "

"Miserable between 8am-9am and 4.30pm-6pm. Traffic is always in chaos on 441/KK. Other than that it’s very easy to get around. "

"Proximity to parks in subdivision, San easy bike ride to lake views, close to new bike and walking trail including boardwalk, 5 minute walk to festival foods5 mintiest drive to wal-mart, and a 10 min drive to downtown. "

"Beautiful place, nice people, very safe, and near the lakefront. Downsides are bewilderingly high property taxes, a recyclable pick up schedule that is not designed for e-commerce shopping and the amount of cardboard boxes we all get, and not a lot of diversity. "

"if you leave anything unlocked or out in the open, it will be stolen. The nickname of Menasha is Metrasha for a reason. I recently attended the high school graduation the number of new mothers not yet graduating was deplorable. "
