    Description

From a mid-century theatre house to upscale living! The Brin Theatre opened on December 25, 1928 and closed its doors in 1969, last operated by Marcus Theatres. Severely damaged by a fire on August 10, 2018, the location now gains a new lease on life with the lot redeveloped into a newly-constructed apartment complex. Located in downtown Menasha, the Brin's modern floor plans offer spacious one- and two-bedroom apartments. Each unit features an open-concept kitchen and living room area with modern finishes, a large kitchen island with quartz countertops, spacious closets, central heat and air, and energy-efficient appliances, including a washer and dryer.

If you're looking for a central downtown Menasha location, you've found it at The Brin. Close to restaurants, shops and bars without the noise The Brin is your opportunity to live with a quiet backdrop riverscape.

"Great area for families with dogs/pets. Great Veterinarians in the local area. Licenses required for pets. "
    • Nickdngr13
"Don’t know, we are not very social They do have some car shows and a fireworks show for the holidays."
    • Amanda B.
"the constant "booms" that no one knows where they're coming from. schools are pretty bad too. the downtown area is getting a facelift but there's a good amount of low income housing that needs to be maintained. overall, it's an okay place to live. "
    • Trulia User
"i like the area, raised my kids here, friendly people, good schools. low traffic. easy excess to the highway "
    • Getnfitllc
"Miserable between 8am-9am and 4.30pm-6pm. Traffic is always in chaos on 441/KK. Other than that it’s very easy to get around. "
    • Gerald C.
"Proximity to parks in subdivision, San easy bike ride to lake views, close to new bike and walking trail including boardwalk, 5 minute walk to festival foods5 mintiest drive to wal-mart, and a 10 min drive to downtown. "
    • GAC
"Beautiful place, nice people, very safe, and near the lakefront. Downsides are bewilderingly high property taxes, a recyclable pick up schedule that is not designed for e-commerce shopping and the amount of cardboard boxes we all get, and not a lot of diversity. "
    • Anyssa H.
"I’ve lived in Menasha for years, it is a very calm & friendly little town. I enjoy living in the fox valley area."
    • Chris R.
"Great neighborhood to live in! Park is great and the walking trail and public gardens are a great addition to the area."
    • Brian A.

    • Kellymo66

    • Quenshawn W.
"Great area lots of parks and schools. The people have been friendly and get along well. we are also getting some new business that will surely improve the value"
    • Amanda B.
"There are plenty of sidewalks around Menasha and most of the neighbors are good about maintaining the sidewalk in winter. "
    • Erik F.

    • Kyle K.

"great weather great city can't wait to settle down here with my family. and raise children in this wounderful state of Wisconsin."
    • Ron B.
"if you leave anything unlocked or out in the open, it will be stolen. The nickname of Menasha is Metrasha for a reason. I recently attended the high school graduation the number of new mothers not yet graduating was deplorable. "
    • Mehgan C.
"friendly people, great Mexican restaurant, convenient access to downtown, highway, parks, and grocery stores. "
    • Rosemerrydesigns
"Quiet. Close to Jefferson park and the original Solea location. Friendly neighbors, though they keep to themselves."
