"Very quiet neighborhood. Great neighborhood for families, couples and retiree's. Good mix of well behaved kids and teenagers. Very quiet and peaceful. Most neighbor's are friendly but tend to keep to themselves for the most part. The children , seem to get along well. A couple of neighborhood activities during the summer months, an annual Christmas party at a local restaurant. Many summer time activities at Lion's Park, a 15 minute walk or 4 minute drive including a summer rock concert which you can hear in your back yard. Overall, a quiet neighborhood with no crime and a couple of parks within walking distance."
