HOME SUMMARY

Our Vilano Beach home serves as a peaceful gathering space for families and groups

Upon arrival, you'll have two driveway parking spots and free street parking. Right away you'll see a dining table set overhead cover.

Walking past the dining set in the front, you'll be greeted with the lower level, host to two bedrooms (2 queen) and 1 bathroom. Cozy up on the luxury furniture and watch the big game on our 58" smart TV. The lower unit has its own dining table, living room (with sleeper couch), and kitchen (supplies).

Head outside around to the left, and up the stairs to the upper unit where you'll find 2 more bedrooms (king, queen) and one bathroom. The upper unit has fully stocked and updated kitchen area, a formal dining room table steps away that comfortably sits 8, and a living room with a large sectional. This is the perfect area for groups or families to enjoy a meal or play a board game. Also, there's a high chair for the littles.

After brewing your complimentary coffee or heating some tea, you can step outside the sliding glass doors onto the deck overlooking the neighborhood with Vilano Beach ocean views in the distance. This is an incredibly peaceful spot to hang out. If you're anything like I think you'll be, you'll pour a second cup of coffee to keep you in this spot longer!

Walking into the backyard, you'll see your private pool area, with a 10x24 in ground pool and 8 person hot tub. Relax on the sun loungers, let the kids play marco polo, and/or grill steaks. If you do gill out, there's an outdoor dining table out front and in the pool area, the choice is yours.

A unique part to our home is the accessibility to Vilano Beach. A football field walk away and you're able to sit in the sand and soak up the sound of ocean waves. You're also a three minute drive from best entertainment St Augustine has to offer.

Make yourself at home with our complimentary washer and dryer - detergent included

  • MoeB

  • Cheryl C.
"I am staying at an RV Park and this area is beautiful, charming and everyone is so very friendly! The area is pet friendly and there is do much to do! "
  • Bryson H.
"Walk or ride you bike to the beach or shopping, great area with lots of new homes being built"
  • Maureen R.
"I live in St. Augustine. Vilano is waiting to happen and if the area could keep it's retro vibe and add a couple more nightlife venues it would attract people who really want that " Florida of days gone by" feeling. Great beaches and easy access to the historic city, this is what visitors are looking for. Anastasia Island makes it work because there's great places to dine and there's a pier, too, but it's lacking that character many people want to "discover" and it's waiting at Vilano. Promote the surfing, get a surf rental "shack" by the beach, do up the T shirts, vacationers eat them up! I don't recall seeing an "I love Vilano Beach" T shirt on anyone strolling along St. George St. There's new construction at the beach, and people with money will spend money on a good time, showing off to friends and family what a unique spot Vilano is. Get a pizza place like Mellow Mushroom going, locals take their people there. Why is it taking so long to get a waterfront restaurant established? A little motivation goes a long way and there's a whole lot of people missing Fiddler's Green. And Retro is the key. The Good Old Days. It's right there."
