  • Brian Q.
"everything here is closer, buss , metro, stores , routes but a lot cookout the parking in the street is a lot"
  • Kiara S.
"Not a lot of dog parks in area and not a lot of stations to dispose of dog waste when out on walks in the area"
  • Ashley M.
"This neighborhood is really friendly, quiet, and really nice neighbors. A lot of nature around the houses."
  • Vanesa O.

"people don't pick up after their dogs. it's disgusting. it's not pleasant going outside, walking and stepping over poop."
  • Kisha0414
"The neighborhood has lots of kids and the kids are bused to school. Beltsville is surrounded by all major arteries- 95,295, 200 and 495. Very accessible. "
  • Madeline C.
"Is a safe neighborhood to live in for children and animals...Is a school zone neighborhood...The area has a dog park and stores near by."
  • Slim D.
"Hate it a lot. Better off moving to College Park or Greenbelt. Or even Laurel it’s not worth the price they want out here"
  • Lemle P.
"I´ve live in almost 4 years a go. No use public transit this place. only one line transit bus. If your own car best place. If you not drive car no good to live in here."
  • Rondell K.
"Lots of area to walk pups. Great park, lots of sidewalks. Safe area with the police station right around the corner."
  • Femosak
"the people is friendly and nice. the movie theater is close, you can walk there. the grocery is near in the shopping center."
  • Johnstoniventures
"There are plenty of sidewalks and dog parks for your canines. Appropriately placed bags to clean up after them as well "
  • Carlos A.
"Been here since Feb 2018 it's an okay neighborhood don't have too many complaints. Everyone keeps grass cut, but watch out the limbs off trees when the storms come if you're under a tree. "
  • Jaszmine T.
"long and horrible, bad traffic, long drives and too much highway access causing lots of congestion. "
  • Shaun J.
"Multiple parks in the area and plenty of sidewalk space to walk your dog. There are a lot of bigger dogs in the area and on occasion you may see one that got away from its home. Always a good idea to keep your dog on its leash. Parking by Lighthouse at Twinlakes is a disaster. Residents have to pay for visitor parking now, which has made street parking complete chaos for home owners in the homes surrounding that community. "
  • Cynthia C.
"Everything in the world. It is very friendly and family oriented. Children love to play and walk their dogs."
  • Mubaf16
"thanks I have lived here for 7 years great area to live everything is on walking distance and available my nabors are very nice and understanding "
  • Rueben A.
"I have leaved in this area for a long time and I really like this community, I’m planning to buy a house around this neighborhood "
  • Ms d.
"I’ve lived here for 8 months. The farmland from the USDA property makes Beltsville stand out. The neighborhood is suburban but still close enough to DC. We get a lot more space in our homes in an affordable price range. We are also close to all types of shopping up and down the main thoroughfare (Home Depot, Costco, Shoppers, Aldi, Ikea, etc). "
