About this House

This house has been rented for the last four years, but the tenant bought a new place and moved out. I spend about 30 % of the time at the house. The master bedroom with attached bathroom and the other room is open to others. the downstairs half bathroom is shared. The kitchen will be shared but i won't be using it much.
