It's a great choice for a family, two couples, or friends looking for a comfortable home base near the water. The updated interior features ceramic plank tile flooring throughout, modern colors, and attractive furnishings that create a fresh, comfortable atmosphere. The kitchen opens directly into the living space, allowing everyone to stay connected while cooking, relaxing, or planning the day's adventures.
Your kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, small kitchen appliances, dishes, glassware, cutlery, and cooking essentials.
Unlike our neighboring 2-bedroom unit, this unit features a separate dining table where you can enjoy meals together, play games, or plan tomorrow's adventures. The comfortable living area and 1 bedroom includes one TV, and complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the unit. Seasonal rent is $2,500/mth (December - April), off season rent is $1,400/mth (May - November). Rent this for 6 months or longer at $1,800/mth. Tourist tax of 12% is in addition to the rent.

Laundry facilities are located in the shared laundry area in the lanai and are shared with guests staying in our 1-bedroom unit.
The shared laundry area also contains beach-day extras available to all guests, including 46 beach chairs and three coolers.
Guests also have access to two outdoor grills.

Open parking is shared among the property's guests, with space for approximately four moderate-size vehicles total.

The location
Bay Heights Park and beautiful Lemon Bay are directly across the street, putting Southwest Florida's boating, kayaking, fishing, and waterfront lifestyle within easy reach. Englewood Beach and the Gulf of Mexico are just a short drive away. We provide beach towels, chairs, and coolers to make getting ready for your beach day a little easier. Spend the afternoon swimming, relaxing in the sunshine, walking the shoreline, searching for shark teeth, or stay until sunset before enjoying dinner at one of Englewood's local restaurants.

This unit has a secure interior connecting door to our neighboring 2-bedroom/2-bath vacation rental.
Reserve this unit independently or book both connecting units to create a spacious 4-bedroom/3-bath vacation retreat for up to ten guests. The combined option gives your group two kitchens, two living areas, and three bathroomsperfect for extended families or two families who want to vacation together without giving up their own space. Seasonal rent is $5,000/mth and off season rent is $2,700. Short term leases only when combining both for a group stay. Tourist tax of 12% is in addition to the rent.
