A breakfast bar with four barstools provides the dining area and is perfect for casual meals, morning coffee, or evening drinks. The living room features comfortable seating and one TV. Complimentary Wi-Fi is included throughout the unit, making it easy to stream, stay connected, or catch up on work while you're away. Private in-unit laundry adds extra convenience, especially after beach days or during longer stays. Seasonal rent is $3,000/mth (December - April), off season rent is $1,800/mth (May - November). Seasonal rent is $5,000/mth and off season rent is $2,700. Short term leases only when combining both for a group stay. Tourist tax of 12% is in addition to the rent.
