My son (a junior) was a baseball player for this school even won a championship last year, my daughter (a freshman) received student of the moth last month, yet despite their effort to stay away from trouble its hard when the school is full of gangsters who aren't disciplined by staff!! 3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy child has been attending Sharp for over two years and so far I’ve been multiple teachers leave and a principal who was never reliable and somehow never had time to speak to parents very unprofessional. Now she has been relocated and now the school still has no principal and no nurse and no structure the are teachers good academically but have no compassion for these children. You got staff coming in and out and nobody can stay permanently. She talks nonstop about her classes and projects. This is incredible because she has always been an indifferent student. Now, she likes going to school. The admin is great and works with parents. "It's a dangerous place to live. Shootings, homeless, drug dealers all day every day. During the day people that are rude and liter. Many rude people. I don't recommend it. I can't wait to move out of here!"

"I live in a dangerous, loud, drug ridden area. My kids can't play outside. I live by a mainstreet and can hear traffic from inside my home. my neighbors are loud and disrespectful. they play music very loudly until 2-3am and my windows rattle. we need to sleep with the TV on to drown out there music."

"We live in a secured, gated community and a nice place for families. Security is good about walking the perimeters every so often and keeps parking rules in check for all residents and non-residents. Complex is very eye appealing with all the plants and trees that are well maintained by the maintenance crew."
