This house is a dream for a family looking to relocate to a great neighborhood with phenomenal neighbors, congressional workers or someone in town for business who doesn't want to go through the hassle of furnishing a second home.

Rent includes water and monthly maid service. Preference is for a year lease but will entertain shorter terms for an additional fee. Must like tending to the herb garden outside the Hill Cafe, throwing dinner parties for neighbors and making jello shots for Halloween.
