I love that we can see the beautiful Sierra Nevada Mountains out our windows. I certainly feel safe here and walk alone in the neighborhood after dark. Another bonus, the cost of living with utilities and taxes feel reasonable."

    "Always sunny, beautiful mountain views, 20 to 25 minutes to closest ski chair lift. shopping, gas & banks all within 5 mile range.Only 1 hour from international airport, 1day drive to both Seattle & Los angeles. All theses & it feels like its very rural. love it here"

    "We have a beautiful view of the Sierra mountains. We are only a 25 minute drive to a Heavenly chair lifts. It's only an hour drive to Reno, 35 minutes to South Lake Tahoe, CA. We do live in the part of underground utilities. Lastly, our lot, & most of the lots near by are an average 1/3 acre size."
