Pets are allowed with a refundable $500 pet deposit per pet & additional $50 monthly pet rent per pet. Breed restrictions apply. The yard space is shared between units. Lawncare & snow removal will be provided by landlord. Please do not submit any applications or background checks through Zillow, we will not see them.
