This garden level apartment is in the desirable Avenues area of Cheyenne, with in walking distance to Lions Park, a 5-minute drive to downtown, Warren AFB. There are original, but refinished, hardwood floors in the living room and front bedroom, tile in the kitchen and bathroom, and carpet in the back bedroom. The kitchen and appliances are updated with an electric stove and Schroll custom cabinets. There is also a roomy storage area within the apartment. A single-car individual garage is also included with this sweet apartment.
This apartment is in a 3-unit apartment building. I also live in the Avenues, approximately 5 minutes from its location.
I do not accept Section 8

Owner pays for water, tenant is responsible for gas and electric. This is a non-smoking apartment and pets are not allowed. The lease is for 6 months then continues automatically from month to month with a 30-day notice for termination.
