There's a fenced in front yard, big front porch, and a spacious backyard with a patio and detached studio (currently a creative workspace) that I'm happy to share when I don't need privacy for work calls. I also travel for work, so it's all yours when I'm out of town! Washer and dryer in unit. You would have your own private bathroom but the shower is shared.
There's also a full-sized garage and a driveway with room for two cars, along with easy street parking. It's also minutes from the Burbank Airport an absolute breeze compared to LAX so it's perfect if you travel a lot like me. Downtown Montrose is just minutes away, lots of quaint shops and restaurants there. This home is ideal for anyone who appreciates the balance of nature, convenience, and a peaceful lifestyle.
Although Sunland is a bit off the beaten path, I really enjoy living here because it means having more space, which I find to be helpful for creativity, but nothing is too far away and I can still see friends and do meetings on the westside/ in the valley/ etc.
Note - The room available is the one with the yellow couch. The room is now completely empty!
I would like someone who will sign the lease and commit until August, which is when the lease is up.
First month's rent + security deposit ($1380) required upon move in. Available Feb. 15th (March 1st is okay as well).
If this is sounding good to you, I'd love to know:
1. How old are you?
2. Do you have stable, reliable income?
3. Are you okay signing a lease? I would require this. The lease is up in August so I would like to find someone who can commit until then.
4. What's your lifestyle like?
5. Do you plan on working outside the house or from home?
6. What are you interests?
7. When are you looking to move?
